    You can get the S8 and S8+ with any Business postpaid plan with a monthly fee of AED 100 and above. Unfortunately, this does not include Executive Plan and Executive Plan Plus.

  6. Which postpaid plan do you recommend?

    We recommend Business Mobile Plan 200 as it would give you great calling benefits and enough data to go with your new Samsung S8 or S8+.

  7. Is there a warranty for the Samsung S8 and S8+?

    Yes, they come with a one-year warranty which you can use at Eros.

  8. I have an Etisalat SIM. Can I buy the Samsung S8 or S8+ from du?

    First, you have to migrate your line to du through a Mobile Number Portability request. Then, you can subscribe to our Samsung S8 and S8+ Offer.

  9. How many devices can I buy?

    You can buy multiple devices provided you meet the salary requirements. Please note that auto debit on credit card or debit card is mandatory.

  10. If I have an existing Business Phone Plan contract, can I still get the Samsung S8 and S8+ offer?

    You have to finish your existing contract before subscribing for a new phone. Or else, you will have to pay an early cancellation fee for your existing contract and sign up for a new one.

  11. Can I discontinue my Device Instalment Plan contract at any time?

    Yes, but you will have to pay an early cancellation fee which is equivalent to the monthly instalment fees left in the contract. Your postpaid plan contract will continue as it is since it’s a separate contract.

  12. I am on a Premier Plan. Can I get this offer?

    You’re most likely on a corporate-paid account. In this case, you need to contact your Company Administrator who will should speak to a du Sales Account Manager for the best possible corporate offering.

The Offer is available to the following customers:

a) Any new or existing customers of du’s Smart, 150, 300, 600 and 1000 plans.
b) Any new or existing customers of du’s Emirati 100, 300, 600 and 1000 plans (together with the Smart tariffs listed in a Plan).

Customers subscribing to the Offer may not be permitted to purchase other offers or add-ons with the same Plan, including the following: 

a) Smartphone Privilege Plan
b) 10GB Extra Data 
c) Premium Bundle
d) iPhone 6 Special Offer 
Minimum Term

Minimum Term

To benefit from the Offer, Customers must sign up to a Plan for a minimum of 12 months or 24 months, depending on the Plan chosen (Minimum Term). The Plan will expire upon completion of the relevant Minimum Term. Upon expiry of the relevant Minimum Term, Customers will be given the option to renew their Plan in accordance with paragraph 7 below.
Upgrades

Upgrades

Customers who have already subscribed to the Offer may upgrade to an equal or higher value Plan at any time provided they are not in breach of the terms and conditions associated with their existing Plan, including these Terms and Conditions. If a Customer upgrades during the Minimum Term in accordance with this clause 4, the term of the new Plan will be the same as the remaining term of the previous Plan (for example, if the Customer subscribes to an 24 month Emirati 150 plan and upgrades with 9 months of the Minimum Term remaining, 9 months of the Minimum Term will remain under the new Plan once upgrade activated). 
Downgrades and Early Termination Fees

Customers may only downgrade to a lower value Plan before the expiry of the Minimum Term upon payment of an early termination fee. Please refer to the frequently asked questions relating to the relevant Plan on the du Website (FAQs) for details of the early termination fee applicable to each Plan. 
Suspension

Suspension

If a Customer’s access to services under a Plan is suspended, the Customer will continue to be charged the relevant monthly fees under the terms associated with the relevant Plan and these Terms and Conditions during the suspension period.
Renewal

Renewal

At the end of the Minimum Term, Customer will be notified by du by SMS that their Plan is due to expire, at which point they will be given an option to renew or cancel – see the “How to get” section of the Plan page on the du Website for details. If the Customer fails to respond to the SMS before the expiry of the Plan then that Customer’s Plan will automatically expire.

The purchase of the Offer is subject to du’s General Terms and Conditions, Specific Terms and Conditions for Mobile Services and terms associated with the relevant Plan (copies of which can be found on the du Website). The Offer will be valid from Offer Date. Once activated, monthly bundles will expire after 30 days and daily bundles after 24 hours (Offer Validity Period).

You can to opt in to the Offer by dialing *135*4# in response to a USSD. You will then be prompted to select an Offer option. Once opted in, You will receive the relevant allowance depending on the bundle selected. Bundle details are available on the FAQs. You must use the bundle within the relevant Offer Validity Period, depending on the bundle selected. Once activated, the chosen bundle will renew automatically, either every 24 hours or 30 days, depending on the bundle selected (meaning that You agree to buy the same bundle each day or month (as applicable) on a recurrent basis). You consent to Us debiting Your prepaid account with the price of the chosen bundle each month). If You does not have sufficient balance for Your recurrent chosen bundle, You will have 72 hours to top up Your account with the required amount. If You do not recharge within 72 hours the bundle will be deactivated and You will be charged at standard rates for international, national and data use (if recharge payment is made within 72 hours, the relevant balance will be deducted and the Offer will automatically activate in accordance with these terms).

b) The Offer minutes and data package are national only to be used in the UAE and are not eligible to apply against roaming use.
