The Offer is made up of a selection of prepaid daily and monthly bundles which You can add to Your existing Pay As You Go package. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, You can choose a bundle which best suits their data and talk needs. See FAQs for further details on the Offer.
The Offer is available if You are:
a) an existing prepaid customer (other than Visitor Mobile Line, Tourist SIM, Easy Social and Extra Social customers); or
b) A new prepaid customer (other than Visitor Mobile Line, Tourist SIM, Easy Social and Extra Social customers),
(Customers, or You in these Terms and Conditions)
If You subscribe to the Offer You may not be permitted to purchase other offers or add-ons, either in connection with the Offer or otherwise.
The Offer will be valid from Offer Date. Once activated, monthly bundles will expire after 30 days and daily bundles after 24 hours (Offer Validity Period).
You can to opt in to the Offer by dialing *135*4# in response to a USSD. You will then be prompted to select an Offer option. Once opted in, You will receive the relevant allowance depending on the bundle selected. Bundle details are available on the FAQs. You must use the bundle within the relevant Offer Validity Period, depending on the bundle selected. Once activated, the chosen bundle will renew automatically, either every 24 hours or 30 days, depending on the bundle selected (meaning that You agree to buy the same bundle each day or month (as applicable) on a recurrent basis). You consent to Us debiting Your prepaid account with the price of the chosen bundle each month). If You does not have sufficient balance for Your recurrent chosen bundle, You will have 72 hours to top up Your account with the required amount. If You do not recharge within 72 hours the bundle will be deactivated and You will be charged at standard rates for international, national and data use (if recharge payment is made within 72 hours, the relevant balance will be deducted and the Offer will automatically activate in accordance with these terms).
a) The Offer cannot be transferred to another person
b) The Offer minutes and data package are national only to be used in the UAE and are not eligible to apply against roaming use.
c) Depending on the Offer package selected, the following chat and social apps only are supported:
• Chat applications: WhatsApp, Viber, Line, WeChat
• Social applications: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, Instagram (plus the Chat applications above)

The purchase of the Offer is subject to du’s General Terms and Conditions, Specific Terms and Conditions for Mobile Services and terms associated with the relevant Offer (copies of which can be found on the du Website). Where there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and those other terms, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail).
