Can I stay on that rate plan even after the offer ends?
Yes, you can stay on that rate plan for lifetime as long as you don’t migrate to another plan
Can I downgrade or upgrade to this plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade to the new Emirati Plan 350. You’ll be charged for the monthly fee for each remaining month in your current contract.
If you migrate in the middle of the month, the charges for that month will be prorated.
Can I cancel my new Emirati Plan 350?
Yes, you can cancel your plan whenever you want. A charge of AED 300 will apply upon cancellation within the first 6 months, plus AED 200 for each remaining month in the contract.
