If you’ve already selected a preferred payment method and want to change it to Pay with du©, simply follow the below steps:


1. Go to wallet.google.com/manage and delete the credit card/preferred payment method from your profile.

2. Wait for 30 minutes.

3. Clear the cache and data for Google Play™ on your Android device.

4. Select Pay with du© as your preferred payment method.

  • How does it work?

    It’s easy! Just follow the steps below:

    • Find the content you would like to buy within Google Play.
    • Select 'Enable du Billing'.
    • Pay for the app by clicking 'BUY' or in the case of a subscription service, 'SUBSCRIBE'.
    • Your purchase will be billed to your account.

    Once you've completed these steps, all future purchases will be billed to your account.

  • What if I change my mind? How do I get a refund?

    There is a refund option available for 15 minutes from the time of purchase. This option is available from the purchase page within Google Play. Just follow the simple steps below.

    • On the Purchase page, select 'REFUND'.
    • Confirm by selecting 'Yes'.
    • The page will reset to show the purchase price.

    The refund option does not apply to in-app purchases.

  • Where do I find my apps? Where is the app list?

    All of the apps and games downloaded to your Android device can be found in the My Apps section on the Google Play Store.

  • Do I have to pay anything additional for this service? Do I need a special plan for this service?

    No, there are no additional charges for this service. You just pay for the applications you choose to buy. Your existing data plan is enough. Your data usage will be deducted from your data bundles.

  • How do I use Pay with du© for paid app purchases or making in-app purchases on free apps?

    For all apps where the developer and Google Play Store have enabled phone billing, you will be able to use du Billing. Postpaid customers will be billed via the monthly bill whereas for prepaid customers, the value will be deducted from your More Time balance.

  • Is this service available for all your customers?

    Yes, all our customers will be able to see this payment method.

  • What if I want a refund and I've owned the app for longer than 15 minutes?

    After the initial 15 minutes you’ll be able to request a refund by emailing the app developer directly using the contact details on the purchase page.

  • How will charges appear on my bill?

    Charges will appear on your next bill following your purchase and can be viewed in the ‘Mobile content’ section of your bill:

  • Is it safe? How can I control unauthorised purchases?

    As a safety measure you are able to add password protection to help prevent accidental or unwanted purchases on your account. You can add a password through your Google Play Store app settings.

    • Open the Google Play Application and select ‘Settings’ from the top right menu.
    • Under ‘User Controls’ select the check box next to ‘Password’.
    • Enter your Google account password to confirm the change.

  • What devices are compatible?

    The Google Play Store app comes preinstalled on supported Android devices running Android OS version 2.2 (Froyo) and above. You can find and open the Google Play Store app from your device’s app launcher. All your content is instantly available across all of your Android devices.   • If I accidentally delete an app, will I be charged twice to get it again?

    No, your purchases are accessible from the 'My Apps' section within Google Play. As long as you use the same Google ID that you used to download the app (i.e. youraccountname@gmail.com), you will not be charged again.

  • What is an in-app purchase?

    Some Android apps on Google Play allow you to purchase additional services or content from within the application. In-app purchases are different to other Android app purchases on Google Play because there is no two-hour grace period for refunds. All refunds are at the discretion of the developer.   • Can I use Google Play when I’m overseas?

    Yes, once the setup is completed on our network within the UAE, ongoing purchases can be made while you are overseas. International Roaming rates apply.
