My Bill

As part of our commitment to the environment, we want to reduce the amount of paper we use in billing. So, we've introduced the ease of online billing.

Every month via email, we'll send a detailed bill to the email address you've registered with us.

If you’ve registered with My Account you’ll also be able to pay your outstanding bills, download your current bill and previous bills from the last 6 months. If you’ve registered to receive a paper copy of your bill, you’ll receive a summary of your online bill in the post.  To register or access your account online, visit du.ae/myaccount
