What are the documents I need?

  • Passport with valid residency visa or valid Emirates ID
  • Proof of residency (tenancy contract or utility bill)
  • If the contract is not under the customer's name: Authorisation letter and valid Emirates ID of customer and the owner

What is the cost for cancelling my plan?

Light and Basic
First 12 months: AED 275 + AED 20 for each remaining month in the contract
Last 12 months: AED 20 for each remaining month in the contract

Extra and Max
First 12 months: AED 275 + AED 50 for each remaining month in the contract
Last 12 months: AED 50 for each remaining month in the contract

Is there a deposit for my plan?

Yes, there is a deposit of AED 200 for Home services (waived if registered for auto-payment) and AED 150 for the du TV + Box, payable on your first bill.

What are the fees for changing my plan?

You can downgrade for AED 100 during the contract term, or for free when out-of-contract. You can upgrade for free at any time.

What are the charges on my landline beyond my contract?

International calls to selected 190 countries:
