Daily, Weekly and Monthly Roaming Data Bundles allow you to use your data on our preferred roaming networks in 78 countries and GCC 3 days and GCC 7days allow you to use your data in five GCC countries which are Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.

The bundles are available to all Business mobile plans. The bundles’ validity start only when you first use data outside of the UAE.

You can also log in to mydata.du.ae for postpaid customers or dial *135*20# for prepaid to subscribe to any of the bundles.

How to get it

Before purchasing one of the bundles, make sure your roaming service is activated. Here’s how you activate your roaming service:

  • If your International Roaming is already active, simply log in to mydata.du.ae to activate any of the Roaming Data Bundles.

  • If you do not have International Roaming , activate your Easy Roaming service by sending ‘Easy’ to 5102.


Once the Roaming service or Easy Roaming is active, select one of our preferred networks in 78 countries and activate the Roaming Data Bundles:

  1. Postpaid users can login to du Data Manager or mydata.du.ae* for free.

  2. Prepaid users can dial *135*20# for free and follow the instructions.

  3. Additionally, both prepaid and postpaid users can purchase Roaming Data Bundles by SMS. To get more information on the bundles, SMS ‘data’ to 5102.

  4. You can also activate Roaming Data Bundles while in the UAE. You’ll receive an SMS confirming your purchase. Validity and allowance will only start when data is used abroad.


For postpaid users, the amount will be added to your monthly bill. If you’re on a prepaid plan, the payment will be deducted from your More Time credit or Unlimited Balance.

Note: Turn off your WiFi when purchasing the bundles from mydata.du.ae.

  • Who can subscribe to this Roaming Data Bundles?

    The Roaming Data Bundles is available to both Business prepaid and post-paid customers.

  • How do I subscribe to this Roaming Data Bundles?

    Prepaid - Dial *135*20# for free and follow the instructions. Post-paid - Log on to du Data Manager or mydata.du.ae for free. Note: Post-paid customers must turn off their Wifi when subscribing to the promotion.

  • When will I get the Roaming Data Bundle I purchased?

    You’ll get your data bundle right away. Just remember that your data bundle will activate upon first usage abroad.

  • I bought more than one Roaming Data Bundle. What’s their validity?

    Each bundle will have its own validity. So, if you bought a weekly bundle today and a monthly bundle tomorrow, the weekly bundle is valid for seven days starting today, while the monthly bundle’s validity starts tomorrow.

  • If I buy multiple Roaming Data Bundles, will I accumulate Roaming Data?

    Since each bundle has a separate validity date, data will be accumulated. Data consumption will be based on a first come, first serve basis.


  • How many bundles can I buy at the same time?

    If you’re on post-paid, you can buy up to five weekly bundles in a period of seven days, and up to five monthly bundles in a period of 30 days. If you’re on prepaid, you can purchase as many bundles as you wish. You can purchase a bundle even if the first bundle hasn’t run out yet.


  • What happens if I don’t use the Roaming Data Bundle?

    You have up to 30 days to activate bundles abroad. If you don’t use the bundles before then, your Roaming Data Bundlex will expire.


  • What happens if I don’t travel outside the UAE during the 30-day period?

    Your bundles will expire. You can always purchase another bundle if it expires.


  • What happens if I run out of Roaming Data?

    If you run out of data while browsing, then the data session will disconnect. You’ll receive an SMS informing you to buy another Roaming Data Bundle, or use Roaming Data with pay per use rates.
