Emiratization
The National Recruitment and Development Program is the HR arm in charge of recruitment, training and development of UAE nationals. Its strategic goals are to:
- Promote du as ‘Employer of Choice’ and attract top class UAE nationals through career fairs, open days, school visits, etc.
- Drive effectively Emiratization in du.
- Select, recruit and develop UAE nationals in the ‘Masar’ program (Graduate Trainee Program) for future placement in target positions.
- Provide a framework for all UAE national employees to develop their skills and knowledge in their current and future positions.
